Brief Specification Description:?On the basis of the construction of Phase I project, night lighting will be added at the important intersection of Hongyin Road (Zhengmao Road-Lianggang Avenue) to create a brand-new "night space" through comfortable color temperature and create a new landmark near Yueyuan. （6）擬派項目負責人具有市政公用工程專業或機電工程專業二級及其以上注冊建造師執業資格。具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人。 ? ? ? ?

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:?（3）The responsible person of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationship shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers providing overall design, specification preparation or project management, supervision and testing services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project.
（4）With city and road lighting engineering professional contracting qualification level 3 and above qualification.
（5）Have safety production license (valid period).
（6）the proposed project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of grade ii or above in municipal public works or electrical and mechanical engineering. Possess valid safety production assessment certificate, and do not serve as the project leader of other construction projects under construction. ? ? ? ?
